Getting out into nature, regardless if that's the mountains, plains, ocean shore, or anywhere in between, can help you recharge, engage in exercise, provide fresh air, and generally improve your health and mindset. So make sure you take time in your busy schedule to connect with nature, and do it alone, with your significant other, with family, or with friends. (Two or four leg variety.)
