When creating a morning routine, make sure you include those things that will help you start your day off great and achieve your goals and dreams. A few things you might want to consider adding to your morning routine:

- Exercise
- Meditation or Prayer
- Breathing Exercises
- Reading
- Working On a Priority for Achieving One or More of Your Goals
As you are creating routines and habits, be sure to include safety habits in your daily activities. These are simple habits that will increase your safety, such as wearing a seatbelt, locking doors, paying attention to exits, and being situationally aware of what is going on around you when you are out and about.
